摘要：O monitoramento do ambiente é um dos fatores chaves para a tomada de decisão dentro de uma organização, pois através dele é possível adquirir informações sobre o ambiente onde a organização está inserida, fazendo com que a estratégia a ser definida seja a mais precisa e assertiva possível.As capacidades dinâmicas referem-se a como as organizações se moldam as constantes mudanças de mercado, a forma com que elas agem e se adaptam para alcançar e manter sua vantagem competitiva.O objetivo central deste estudo é analisar a influência do monitoramento do ambiente nas capacidades dinâmicas. Com o intuito de alcançar este objetivo foi realizada uma pesquisa que se caracterizou como descritiva e com abordagem quantitativa, em uma amostra de 404 empresas de Micro, Pequeno e Médio Porte localizadas em determinada região do Sul do Brasil.Para análise dos dados foi utilizada a análise fatorial confirmatória e a modelagem das equações estruturais.Os resultados alcançados apontam a influência de 78% do monitoramento do ambiente nas capacidades dinâmicas das empresas estudadas, objetivando a vantagem competitiva e adaptação ao mercado onde estão inseridas.
其他摘要：Monitoring the environment is one of the key factors for decision making within an organization, because through it is possible to acquire consistent information about the environment where the organization is inserted, making the strategy to be defined more precise and assertive. Dynamic capabilities are how organizations shape the constant changes in the market, how it acts and adapts to achieve and maintain its competitive advantage. The central objective of this study is to analyze the influence of environmental monitoring on dynamic capacities. In order to reach this objective, a research was conducted that was characterized as descriptive and with a quantitative approach, in a sample of 404 Micro, Small and Medium Porte companies located in a certain region of the South of Brazil. For the analysis of the data we used the confirmatory factorial analysis and the modeling of the structural equations. The results show the influence of 78% of the environment monitoring on the dynamic capacities of the studied companies, aiming the competitive advantage and adaptation to the market where they are inserted.
