摘要:This research was aimed to describe knowledge and behavior of students related to Sustainable Reserve Food Garden Program (SRFGP). The research was conducted in June 2016 at Miftahul Ma’arif Islamic Boarding House Central Lombok. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. Sample were collected through Purpossive Sampling technique. The number of respondents were 26 students. The result showed that the knowledge and behaviour of students related to SRFGP were very low, 26,4% and 5,8%, respectively. We need further action to improve the knowledge and behavior to implement SRFGP in environment preservation and awareness.

Key Words: SustainableReserveFoodGarden Program (SRFGP), Student Knowledge, Student Behavior Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan dan manifestasi perilaku santri yang berkaitan dengan program Kawasan Rumah Pangan Lestari. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2016 di pondok pesantren Miftahul Ma’arif Lombok Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel secara Purpossive Sampling . Jumlah responden sebanyak 26 santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan santri mengenai KRPL sebesar 26,4% dan perilaku yang berhubungan dengan KRPL sebesar 5,8%.. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengetahuan dan perilaku santri tentang program KRPL sangat rendah, sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkannya dalam upaua pelestarian dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.
