摘要：The purpose of this article is to perform a historic analysis of FUNDEB [Basic Education Maintenance and Development Fund] weighting factors by means of bibliographic analysis and documentary study. The weighting factors are the defining of value/student/year in each stage and modality. They were studied from the creation of the FUNDEB legislation, Law No. 11,494/2007 and Decree No. 6,253/2007, observing the changes made in the factors by means of the various normative norms of the Ministry of Education issued in the studied period, from 2007 to 2016.
