其他摘要：China started higher education reform in 1999, which has lasted 17 years. With the continuous deepening of higher education reform, the number of Chinese college students has significantly increased. Yet the expected quality objectives of higher education are not achieved, and some universities’ student quality even degrades. In my opinion, the main reason is that most universities adhere to the management idea of “scientific research outweighing teaching”. Thus, I hold that Chinese universities’ teaching management should be reformed from the perspective of scholarship of teaching.
