摘要：There has been an explosive growth of the World Wide Web which has become the primal source of communication. As the number of users of Internet facilities is increasing, privacy of their data becomes of paramount importance. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that big data does not pose security concerns for its users or violate the privacy of individuals. Several techniques have been proposed to protect and preserve the data from unwanted and unauthorized access. Data hiding is one such technique where the data to be communicated is hidden in order to protect it from intruders. This survey paper aims to present a review of different data hiding techniques like steganography, digital watermarking.
