摘要：After having introduced a definition of the word “torture” and briefly analysed from a historic point of view, this behaviour thanks to well-known events (Dozier kidnapping and G8 summit in Genoa), in this article the author will first discuss the lack of an appropriate legislation on this topic in Italy. Then, she will analyse some aspects of the criminological profile of a torturer.
