  • 摘要:This text shares the analysis of the training paths of appropriation and pedagogical use of network of digital technologies by the professionals of Basic Education through Pedagogical Architectures. Therefore, it held fortnightly, classroom training sessions and distance in a school teaching the public network in Juara town, Mato Grosso State. The theoretical, conceptual and methodological foundations that support actions and training processes are action research alongside the research-training assumptions. The analysis corpus consists of data collected through questionnaires and narrative excerpts written in memorials reflective. The information produced by the research show that the learning of education professionals who participate in the research project's actions are motivated by the need to feel facing the multiple challenges of contemporary society. Research shows that at the beginning of the project, most professionals had little familiarity and fluency in using the network of digital technologies, but understand the need to include their students in digital culture, with the prerogative to enhance their communication skills, reasoning and (re) construction of knowledge. The challenges that emerged in the process signal to the importance of engendering training activities supported in collaborative research with a view to establishing practical and interactive processes of creating and authoring digital hybrid environments with support of network digital technologies.
