摘要：The study aimed to find associations between social support, family support and self-concept in relation to gender, in a sample of university. In the male group negative correlations between family support and neglect, aggression and indifference were found. In the female group the total family support was positively correlated with sensuality and accountability, and negatively with insecurity. In regard to mean differences in response between men and women, the male group had higher averages and statistically significant in the dimensions family adaptation and autonomy of family support tool.
