摘要：Les rapports de force dans le système éducatif sénégalais montrent que les acteurs locaux sont les animateurs majeurs du champ scolaire depuis 1995. Malgré le contrôle permanent des bailleurs de fonds, ils ont joué un rôle clé dans la revalorisation des salaires, la création d’organisations syndicales, le reclassement dans le corps des instituteurs titulaires, etc. Le cas du Sénégal permet de comprendre les reconfigurations des systèmes d’éducation en Afrique francophone. L’ouverture du champ politique sénégalais favorise l’autonomisation des acteurs nationaux et la standardisation des modèles scolaires n’annule pas les tensions entre le local et le global.
其他摘要：The power relations in the Senegalese school system show that local actors are the major stakeholders in it since 1995. Despite the continuing control of external funders, they play a key role in demands for higher salaries, the establishment of trade unions, and the re-ranking as “permanent” in the teaching profession, etc. The case of Senegal offers a perfect example for understanding the process of restructing educational systems in Francophone Africa. Senegal’s open political sphere fosters the self-nomination of national actors. In addition, the standardization of models of schooling does not nullify the tensions between the local and the global.
