摘要：Global Agro-Food Restructuring: The role of Transnational Corporations and Nation-States The objective of this article is to illustrate the concomitant processes of globalization and regionalization in the agro-food sector. This task is accomplished through an emphasis on the complex interplay between geo-political and geo-economic factors. In this context, the current global restructuring is viewed as the result of deliberate strategies on the part of powerful nations and transnational corporations as well as the unwanted consequences of their multiple interrelations.
