摘要：According to facts and databases of teaching in institutions of higher education, based on analyzing systematically to effect elements in teaching estimation of quality, by means of AHP model, the research constructs a series of systematic appraisal system of teaching quality in colleges and universities in order to evaluate the quality of teaching more accurately in a whole.
