摘要：A conservação de acervos e [ou] arquivos em instituições escolares de Mato Grosso do Sul: busca por uma herança educativa The conservation of collections and [or] archives in the educational institutions of Mato Grosso do Sul: search for an educational heritage La conservación de acervos y[o] archivos en instituciones escolares de Mato Grosso do Sul: búsqueda de una herencia educativa La conservaton de collections et [ou] de l’archives dans des institutions scolaires de Mato Grosso do Sul: la recherche d’un héritage éducatif Resumo Trago para investigação o caso de três estabelecimentos quanto ao modo como cuidaram (ou não) de seus acervos. Ao frequentar os espaços onde estava guardada sua documentação, percebi que, em cada uma das instituições, o trato e o entendimento do significado daqueles papéis, que não tinham mais uso no tempo presente, eram diferenciados. As três instituições têm seus acervos reunidos em um espaço físico denominado pelo estabelecimento de “arquivo”. Mas qual sua realidade? As instituições têm se ocupado em pensar esse espaço como um status de “arquivo escolar”? A partir dessas duas questões, procuro analisar de que maneira as práticas de preservação da escrituração escolar revelam a busca por uma herança educativa. Os arquivos escolares têm importância de guardar e preservar a história das instituições e assim transmitir uma herança educativa. Herança educativa como um legado a ser transmitido pela divulgação e conhecimento da produção cultural de uma sociedade. Palavras-chave: Acervo, Arquivo escolar, Preservação, Herança educativa. Abstract I investigate the case of three institutions as to how they cared (or not) for their collections. By visiting the places where these institutions keep their documentation, I realized that in each institution the treatment and the understanding of the meaning of those documents have no more use in the present time, they are differentiated. Those three institutions have their collections grouped in a physical location, which is called the “archive”. But what is the reality? Have those institutions spent any time thinking about these locations as a “educational archive"? From these two questions, I try to analyze how the school bookkeeping conservation practices reveal the search for an educational heritage. The school records are important to keep and preserve the history of institutions and thus convey an educational heritage. Educational heritage as a legacy to be transmitted by disseminating knowledge of cultural production of a society.
