摘要：The agile software development methods have demonstrated success in increasing responsiveness to theneeds of customers. So the most of software industry preferred the agile methods. These methods haveincreased demand by the companies, but the agile methods at larger scale are more challenging andproblematic compared to the smaller projects. For that, to become the norm for a large and complexproject a new adaptive agile framework is proposed. Also, the proposed framework will help to achievelong-term organizational and learning of agile teams and help to increase the employee motivation andsatisfaction by improving their skill. Thus the organizations will have success in sustaining their team andincreasing its productivity
