摘要：Considerando a perspectiva de fortalecimento das iniciativas de turismo de base comunitária no Brasil, so-bretudo a partir de sua articulação em rede, torna-se necessário refletir sobre os efeitos dessa forma de orga-nização do turismo à luz dos compromissos assumidos no âmbito da Convenção da Diversidade Biológica e dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Este artigo visa analisar e problematizar a inserção dessas iniciativas no desenvolvimento do turismo em parques nacionais. A pesquisa é de cunho exploratório, rea-lizada a partir de análise de referencial bibliográfico e de dados secundários, com ênfase em documentos de políticas públicas nas áreas de conservação da natureza e turismo. A análise indica que a oferta de serviços, na perspectiva do turismo de base comunitária, ainda é incipiente nos parques nacionais, sobretudo no que diz respeito à utilização de diferentes arranjos para a sua formalização. Nesse sentido, destaca-se o potencial das iniciativas de turismo de base comunitária em contribuir para o alcance de um dos principais objetivos do Sistema Nacional de Unidades de Conservação da Natureza relacionado à promoção do desenvolvimento, em bases sustentáveis.
其他摘要：Considering the strenghthening perpespective of community-based tourism initiatives in Brazil, especially after their establishment as a network, it is necessary to reflect on the effects of this form of tourism organi-zation considering the Convention on Biological Diversity and Sustainable Development Goals. This article aims to analyze and discuss the inclusion of these initiatives in tourism development in national parks. The research is exploratory, based on a survey and analysis of bibliographic references and secondary data, with emphasis on policy documents in the fields of nature conservancy and tourism. The results indicate that the provision of tourism services regarding community-based initiatives is still incipient in national parks, es-pecially considering the use of different arrangements for the regularization of these services. Therefore, this work stresses the potential of community-based tourism initiatives to contribute to achieve one of the main objectives of the National System of Protected Areas, i.e., to promote development on a sustainable basis.
