标题：ANÁLISIS DE LA CONFIGURACIÓN DE BUROCRACIAS ESTATALES SUBALTERNAS A PARTIR DE UNA INVESTIGACIÓN ETNOGRÁFICA SOBRE SUBOFICIALES DE LA ARMADA ARGENTINA EN EL SIGLO XXI
摘要：Burocracia es una categoría sociológica clave e inevitablemente referida a la obra de Max Weber. En este artículo realizaremos un estudio de dimensiones sociales en la configuración de una burocracia subalterna: los suboficiales de la Armada Argentina en el siglo XXI. A partir de resultados de una investigación etnográfica, analizaremos sus sistemas de reclutamiento; los procesos de educación militar básica, de capacitación y de certificación de saberes; sus carreras profesionales; y sus concepciones sobre la vida militar en un contexto político democrático, de paz y sin amenazas inminentes para la defensa nacional de este país.
其他摘要：Bureaucracy is a key sociological category inevitably referred to Max Weber´s work. In this article, we will make a study of social dimensions in the configuration of a subaltern bureaucracy: petty officers in Argentine Navy in the 21st century. Based on the results of an ethnographic research, we will analyze their recruitment systems; the processes of basic military education, training and certification of knowledge; their professional careers; and their conceptions of the military life in a democratic political, and peace context with no imminent threats to the national defense of the country.
