摘要：Este artículo tiene como finalidad presentar resultados de investigación sobre la estrategia didáctica, como una competencia del docente encargado de la formación del técnico laboral, profesionales que no poseen formación pedagógica. El estudio se orientó desde los métodos cualitativo y cuantitativo, mixtura que permitió la comprensión del problema de investigación, bajo la lógica de sus diseños, las aplicaciones metodológicas y sus aspectos éticos, además de los lineamientos de las investigaciones etnográfica y descriptiva; tomando como referencia, primero, la revisión teórica acerca de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje que se integran a través de estrategias didácticas como competencia docente, que sumergen al estudiante en los contextos laborales reales; segundo, las concepciones que sobre el tema aportaron los docentes mediante entrevista guiada; y tercero, las concepciones de los estudiante a través de encuesta cerrada. La interpretación y el análisis de los resultados, permite concluir que los docentes del nivel técnico laboral son excelentes profesionales en su área de formación específica, pero con carencias significativas en su desempeño pedagógico; por supuesto, la competencia docente de estrategias didácticas no se evidencia en su desempeño como docente.
其他摘要：This article aims to present results of research on the teaching strategy, as a competence of the teacher responsible for the formation of the labor technical, professional who have no pedagogical training. The study was oriented from the qualitative and quantitative methods, mixture that you allowed the understanding of the research problem, under the logic of your designs, methodological applications and its ethical aspects, in addition to descriptive and ethnographic investigations guidelines; by reference, first, to the theoretical review about the processes of teaching and learning that integrate through teaching strategies such as teaching competition, which immerse students in real work contexts; second, the concepts providing teachers using guided interview, and third, the issue conceptions of the student through closed survey. The interpretation and analysis of results, leads to the conclusion that teachers of labor technical level are excellent professionals in your area for specific training, but with significant gaps in their educational performance; of course, the teaching competence of teaching strategies is not evident in your performance as a teacher.
