摘要：Este artículo se centra en los principales hallazgos del análisis resultado de la revisión de las publicaciones sobre suicidio que se han realizado en Costa Rica en el período 1998- 2013. Se presentan cuatro ejes de análisis respecto a la investigación sobre suicidio: los abordajes teóricos y los abordajes metodológicos que han predominado, los alcances y las limitaciones. La propuesta se trabaja desde un enfoque psicosocial. Se concluye planteando tres líneas de interés para la investigación.
其他摘要：This article focuses on the main findings of the research on suicide that have been conducted in Costa Rica in the period 1998-2013. Four areas of analysis regarding research on suicide are presented: the theoretical and the methodological approaches that have prevailed, the scope and the limitations identified. The proposal is made from a psychosocial approach. The article concludes proposing three lines of interest to the investigation.
