摘要：Enestetrabajosepretendeanalizarlarelaciónexistenteentrelosaspectosmotivacionalesdentrodeuncontextolaboralcomplejo,comoeseláreadelasemergencias,ylosproblemasderivadosdelmismoquepudieranafectaralaseguridadysaludlaboral.Elobjetivoprincipalesdeterminarunperlprofesio-nalrespectoalamotivaciónquesubyaceenlaelecciónypermanenciadelpersonaldeemergenciasenfuncióndevariablessociodemográcastalescomosexo,edad,niveldeestudiosalcanzados,ramaprofe-sionalyantigüedadenlainstitución.Paraellosehautilizadouncuestionariomotivacional,considerandolosaspectosmásdestacadosdealgunasteoríasyestudiosrevisadossobrelasvariablesimplicadasenelcontextoorganizacional,talescomoeltrabajoenequipo,latomadedecisiones,elriesgo,elreconoci-mientosocialylapermanenciaenlainstitución,entreotras.Losresultadosdeestainvestigaciónapuntanaunperlsegúnelcuallasmujeresylosmásjóvenes(seanhombresomujeres)destacanenlaelecciónderespuestasquecontemplanconductasdemayorriesgoylosdemayorantigüedadenlaelecciónderespuestasrelacionadasconlatomadedecisiones.©2016ColegioOcialdePsic ́ologosdeMadrid.PublicadoporElsevierEspa ̃na,S.L.U.Esteesunart ́culoOpenAccessbajolalicenciaCCBY-NC-ND(http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/).
其他摘要：Thispaperanalyzestherelationshipbetweenthemotivationalaspectswithinacomplexworkcontext,suchasemergencyservices,andtheproblemsarisingthatmayaffectoccupationalhealthandsafety.Themainobjectiveistodetermineaprofessionalproleofthemotivationwhichunderliesthechoiceandstayofemergencystaffonthebasisofsocialdemographicvariables,suchasgender,age,educationallevel,professionalbranch,andtenure.Toachievethisgoal,wehaveusedamotivationalquestionnairethattakesintoaccountthemostrelevantstudiesandtheoriesaboutthevariablesinvolvedintheorgani-zationalcontext,suchasteamwork,decision-making,risk,socialrecognition,andtenure,amongothers.Resultsshowaprolethatprovidesuswithrelevantinformationovertheprioritiesinthechoiceofthesevariables.Womenandyoungpeople(regardlessoftheirgender)standoutinthechoiceofanswersthatincludetheriskiestbehaviorsandthosewithmoretenurestandoutinthechoiceofanswersrelatedtodecisionmaking.©2016ColegioOcialdePsic ́ologosdeMadrid.PublishedbyElsevierEspa ̃na,S.L.U.ThisisanopenaccessarticleundertheCCBY-NC-NDlicense(http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/).
