摘要:Esta investigación busca pre sentar u na reflex ión dialé ctica sobre las dicotom ías invol ucra das en la relaci ón entre el patrim onio y la a ctividad turística. As í, se anali zan histórica y epistemoló gicamente las relacion es entre monumento, monumento histórico y patrim onio; las teor ías de l a restauración ; el antagonismo entre el uso d el patrim onio como pos ible produ cto mercantil ; y la edu cación patrimonial y su rol en las visita s. La metodolog ía es dialé ctic o-materialista y tien e como princi pio ontológico el análisis in situ del objeto de estud io denominado Casa Sede d e l a Hacienda Forestal, declarada patrim onio histórico del Estado d e Paraná, Región S ur de Brasil. Se realiza ron visitas técnicas a l si tio para verificar su estado d e conservación y un profund o anális is documental de su situación . Así, un a vez analizados epistemol ógicamente , los conce ptos fueron expuestos par a comprender su status quo y fun ción como patrim onio estadual. Lo s resultados alcan zados muestran la des valoriza ción de l a casa como bien cultural. 其他摘要:Education, Restoration and Tourism: A Dialectic Reflection Applied to the Main House of the Forest Farm, Irati , Brazil. This research aims to present a dialectic reflection on the dichotomies involved in the process that makes up the aspects related to heritage and tourism. Thus, historically and epistemologically are analyzed the relations among monument, historical monuments and heritage; theories of restoration; the antagonism between the use of heritage as a possible commercial product and; heritage education and its role in the visitation process. The methodology is dialectical -materiali st based on the principle of ontological analysis in situ of the case of studies so called Main House of the Forest Farm, listed as a historic building by the state of Paraná, south of Brazil. Technical visits were made to the site to check its condition a nd profound documentary analysis of its situation. So once epistemologically analyzed, the concepts are exposed to light of the material reality of that building in order to understand its status quo and function as a state property. The achieved results b ring into evidence the conclusion that the house is not enshrined as a cultural building. The critical analysis of the concepts points out that the usufruct of the location is embraced by the need of a financial benefit distribution prospectus but also soc iocultural, whereas it’s based on a correct educational process of heritage education.
