摘要：Esse trabalho baseia-se no mapeamento de lacunas encontradas nos de - senvolvimentos dos estudos organizacionais de conhecimento e aprendiza - gem, e busca contribuir para a consolidação da aprendizagem organizacional como uma teoria do movimento organizacional/social. Para isso, propõe um diálogo entre a Perspectiva Social-Política da Aprendizagem social, a Teoria Ator-Rede e os estudos foucaultianos. O trabalho conclui destacando o potencial da teoria ator-rede e dos estudos foucaultianos para analisar os processos de aprendizagem organizacional, considerando-a de forma mais ampla e relacional, envolta em uma realidade organizacional em que há di - nâmica e movimento implícito.
其他摘要：This work is based on the mapping of gaps found in the development of organiza - tional studies of knowledge and learning, and seeks to contribute to the consolidation of organizational learning as a theory of organizational / social movement. As for it, it is proposed a dialogue between the Social Policy Perspective of Social Learning, Ac - tor-Network Theory and Foucault’s studies. The present paper concludes by highlight - ing the potential of the Actor-Network Theory and Foucault ́s studies to analyze the organizational learning process, considering it a broader and relational form, wrapped in an organizational reality where there is dynamic and motion implied.
