摘要：Objetivo: Caracterizar la experiencia de formación ↔ evaluación de la Facultad de Odonto - logía de la Universidad del Zulia inspirada en el M-DECA orientada al desarrollo de competencias docentes que posibiliten la formación integral de los estudiantes de la Práctica Profesional con es - pecial énfasis en el logro del eje transversal de acción social, permitiendo en ellos, un aprendizaje signiÀcativo para el abordaje sistemático de situaciones inherentes a los tres niveles de atención en salud bucal. Metodo: El estudio fue descriptivo, se realizó revisión y análisis de la información generada entre los años 2013-2016. Resultados: Se presenta el perÀl por competencias del docente clínico, se describen los dispositivos de formación ↔ evaluación diseñados, se hace un recorrido de las vivencias obtenidas de los talleres realizados a los docentes y monitores clínicos. Conclusiones: La evaluación del desempeño docente no debe ser vista como punitiva, la experiencia con el modelo M-DECA permite el logro de las competencias declaradas en el perÀl orientado a docentes que par - ticipan en las Prácticas Profesionales observándose un fortalecimiento de la calidad educativa.
其他摘要：Objective: Characterize the training ↔ evaluation experience of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Uni - versity of Zulia, inspired by the M-DECA, oriented to the development of teaching competences that allow the integral formation of the students of the Professional Practice with special emphasis on the achievement of the transversal axis of social action, allowing in them a meaningful learning for the systematic approach of situations inherent to the three levels of attention in oral health. Methodology: The study was documentary and descriptive, a review and analysis of the information generated be - tween the years 2012-2016. Conclusions: The evaluation of the teaching performance should not being seen as punitive, the experience with the M-DECA model allows the achievement of the competencies declared in the proÀle oriented to teachers who participate in the Professional Practices observing a strengthening of the educational quality.
