摘要：Fundamento: el sistema social cubano previó la estrecha relación entre la economía y los efec-tos sociales, así se concibió el proceso de desarrollo a partir del tratamiento simultáneo de los problemas económicos y sociales. Objetivo: construir futuros en una institución hospitalaria cubana a partir de las posibles ten-dencias y eventos que lo determinan para establecer estrategias y políticas mejor adaptadas a entornos emergentes. Métodos: se utilizó el análisis prospectivo a través del modelo prospectivo probabilístico direc-to. Resultados: la variación anual de tendencias, los escenarios futuros al lograr un adecuado desafío y un aprendizaje relevante en la institución, al orientar estrategias para su conserva y mejora en la sociedad. Conclusiones: se determinó que la institución hospitalaria debe encaminar sus estrategias a elevar la eficiencia en el control interno, las competencias y satisfacción de sus trabajadores, para así mitigar los efectos de las tendencias encontradas.
其他摘要：Background: the Cuban social system foresaw the close relationship between the economy and social effects, thus conceiving the development process from the simultaneous treatment of economic and social problems. Objective: to build futures in a Cuban hospital out of the possible tendencies and events that determine to establish strategies and policies more suitable for emerging settings. Methods: prospective analysis was used through the prospective probabilistic direct model. Results: the annual variation of tendencies, the future scenarios in achieving adequate challen-ges and a relevant learning in the institution, allowing guiding strategies for its conservation in society and its improvement. Conclusions: it was determined that the institution should guide its strategies to raise effi-ciency in internal control, the competences and satisfaction of its workers in order to mitigate the effects of the tendencies found.
