摘要：Cerca de um terço dos estrangeiros fixados no Brasil no século XX vieram de Portugal e ge- raram mais estudos editados em seu país de origem do que de destino (onde italianos e japoneses têm sido mais estudados). Na con- tramão dessa desproporção, o texto reconsti- tui memórias e direitos dos imigrantes a partir dos relatos de onze portugueses ou seus filhos e netos e da análise histórica da legislação. Entrevistas de história oral com membros de famílias de panificadores em três cidades (Belém, Curitiba e São Paulo) permitem in- vestigar experiências íntimas e pessoais, mas igualmente públicas e coletivas, tanto quanto interpelar estudos anteriores.
其他摘要：Around a third of foreigners set out in Brazil in the 20th century came from Portugal and gen- erated more studies edited in their country of origin than the one of destination (where Ital- ians and Japanese have been more studied). Against this disproportion, this text reconsti- tutes memories and rights of immigrants from narratives of ten Portuguese or their children or grandchildren and from the historical analysis of the legislation. Oral history interviews with members of bakers’ families in three cities (Belém, Curitiba and São Paulo) allow to inves- tigate intimate and personal experiences, which are also public and collective, and to challenge previous studies.
