摘要：Este artigo apresenta uma discussão sobre saúde mental no contexto do trabalho imaterial. Parte dos resultados de duas pesquisas, alicerçadas teórica e metodologicamente na Clínica Psicodinâmica do Trabalho, que buscaram conhecer a psicodinâmica do contexto de trabalho da enfermagem de um hospital e de uma guarda municipal, profissões que tem o contato humano no cerne de seu fazer, caracterizando-se por um produto intangível. Às exigências do trabalho na contemporaneidade, soma-se o incremento do setor de serviços e a maximização do trabalho imaterial. As intervenções facilitaram a construção de um espaço de discussão coletiva, criando brechas na opacidade da organização do trabalho, possibilitando uma visibilidade do sofrimento dos trabalhadores. Por meio deste espaço de interação, trocas e convivência, potencializa-se a circulação da palavra e a capacidade de criação, favorecendo o reconhecimento, a saúde e a emancipação dos trabalhadores.
其他摘要：This article presents a discussion about mental health in the context of immaterial work. Based in the results of two studies grounded in theoretical and methodological Clinical Psychodynamics of Work, which sought to understand the psychodynamics of the work context of nursing in a hospital and a municipal guard, professions that have human contact at the core of your doing, characterized for an intangible product. The demands of work in contemporary society, is added by the increase in service sector and the maximization of immaterial work. The interventions facilitated the construction of a space of collective discussion, creating cracks in the opacity of the organization of work, allowing visibility of the suffering of workers. Through this space of interaction, exchange and conviviality, the circulation of the word and the ability to create are increased, favoring the reconnaissance, health and empowerment of workers.
