摘要：Au Portugal et dans ses anciennes colonies, l’expression « constitucionalismo outorgado » fait partie intégrante du vocabulaire constitutionnel depuis l’octroi de la Charte de 1826. L’inspiration française est pa tente ; pour autant, aucune expression équivalente n’existe en France. Cette curiosité conduit à mesurer toute l’ambiguïté du concept de « constitutionnalisme octroyé », improbable oxymoron selon le président de la république portugaise Teófilo Braga. S’ag it - il d’une simple prétention politique et linguistique, un compromis passager au sortir d’une Révolution frustrée ? Ou traduit - il un programme plus profond, visant à concilier les deux versants du constitutionnalisme, l’ancien et le moderne ?
其他摘要：In Portugal and in its former colonies, the expression " constitucionalismo outorgado » is part of the constitutional vocabulary since the granting of the Charter of 1826. The French inspiration is obvious ; however, no equivalent expression exists in Franc e. This curiosity leads to measure all the ambiguity of the concept of "granted constitutionalism", an improbable oxymoron according to the president of the Portuguese Republic, Teófilo Braga. Is it about a simple political and linguistic claim, a temporar y compromise at the end of a frustrated Revolution? Or does it translate a deeper program, to reconcile both sides of the constitutionalism, ancient and modern ?
