摘要：O artigo apresenta uma análise sobre como os trabalhadores em saúde mental pensam sobre as práticas de cuidado e como elas são efetivadas cotidianamente. Este trabalho desenvolveu-se a partir de conversas com os profissionais da área, em que estes e a pesquisadora puderam construir coletivamente a arte de contar histórias sobre os processos de trabalho de suas experiências vivas, e de participação em espaços de discussão. Ao olhar para a história da loucura, observa-se uma mudança nas práticas de cuidado, que, atualmente, caminham por limiares da tutela e da liberdade. O cuidado é construído pelos afetos que perpassam os encontros entre usuários e trabalhadores. Um olhar diferenciado nesta relação permitirá que os processos subjetivos promovam novos modos de existência nos sujeitos. Porém, essa rede de afetações pode se deparar com dificuldades cotidianas, precarizações do trabalho e práticas burocráticas, que podem impedir a potencialização dos afetos entre os protagonistas do cuidado. É possível construir um trabalho vivo diante destes obstáculos e transformar as prescrições para modos flexíveis a partir de posturas ética-estética-políticas. Por isso, é preciso atentar-se para que modos de organização enrijecidos não influenciem a relação trabalhador-usuário de forma que impeça o fluxo das afetações.
其他摘要：The article presents an analysis about how the mental health workers think about the care practices e how they are accomplished daily. This work was developed from conversations with professionals in the area, in which theses e the researcher were able to build collectively the art of storytelling about the work processes of their living experiences, and participation in discussion spaces. When looking at the history of madness, there is a change in care practices, which currently go for the protection and freedom thresholds. the care is built by the affections that underlie the meetings between users and workers. A different look this relationship will allow the subjective processes promote new modes of existence in the subject. But, this affectations network may encounter everyday difficulties, bad working conditions and bureaucratic practices, which can prevent the enhancement of affection between the care protagonists. You can build a living working on these obstacles and transform the requirements for flexible modes from ethicalaesthetic- political positions. Therefore, we must pay attention to that stiff modes of organization don’t influence the relationship worker-user form preventing the flow of affectations.
