摘要：El uso de lasTICposibilita la construcción de un nuevo sujeto de conocimiento, facili-ta la creación de nuevas dimensiones en las categorías de autor y lector y modifican elmodo en que se vinculan los sujetos. Dentro del sistema educativo, su implementaciónha producido una hiancia entre los estilos de aprendizaje de los alumnos y los mode-los de enseñanza tradicionales que los docentes, inmigrantes digitales, reproducen, lacual será imposible de superar si estos últimos no son reconsiderados.El desarrollode competencias por parte de los docentes para que posean un buen manejo instru-mental de lasTICno alcanza para lograr un cambio significativo dentro del procesode enseñanza y aprendizaje. Además se requiere del docente una postura ética haciasu profesión. Esta postura ética del docente es sinónimo de un cambio en su posiciónsubjetiva que lo habilita para transformar la mera transmisión del conocimiento enun acto creador. El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo realizar un análisis de la situa-ción de inmigración docente que la inclusión de lasTICen el proceso de enseñanza yaprendizaje generó desde una perspectiva ética que involucra el deseo del enseñante.

Furthermore, teachersare required to have an ethical position concerning their profession. This ethical positionof teachers is synonym of a change in their subjective position enabling them to transformthe simple transmission of knowledge into a creative act. The aim of this work is to makean analysis of the situation of digital immigration in many teachers, generated by the use ofICTin the teaching and learning process from an ethical perspective, including the desire ofteachers.
