摘要：En este artículo presentamos los resultados de la implantación de tres grupos focales utilizados para adaptar una intervención para la prevención del VIH/ITS en jóvenes. Uno de los grupos fue celebrado con hombres, uno con mujeres, y otro con parejas donde participaron un total de 27 personas . Auscultamos el conocimiento sobre el VIH/ITS, las situaciones que los exponen a riesgo, el formato y contenido que una intervención debía ten er. Encontramos que aunque los y las jóvenes tenían un conocimiento básico, también tenían concepciones equivocadas como que el VIH/ITS se transmite por el beso y la saliva, y que la Clamidia se transmite por sentarse en inodoros públicos. Expresaron que una intervención debe abordar las diversas dificultades que los y las jóvenes enfrentan para el uso del condón y que debe utilizar testimonios reales de personas. El uso de grupos focales es una herramienta muy útil para identificar el formato y contenid o de intervenciones. .
其他摘要：n this article we present the results of the implementation of three focus groups used to adapt an intervention for HIV/STI prevention among young people. One group was held with men, one with women and another with couples. There were 27 participants between 18 and 28 years old. We explored their knowledge about HIV/STIs and high - risk situations, and the format and content that a preventive intervention should have. We found that, though young people have basic knowledge, they also had misconceptions, such as believing HIV/STIs is transmitted through kissing and saliva, and Chlamydia is spread by sitting on public toilets. Participants recommend that an intervention address the various difficulties that young people face in using a condom and make use of real testimonies from people, and that facilitators be open - minded and self - confident people. The use of focus groups is a very productive tool to decide upon the content and format of preventive interventions.
