摘要：La instrumentación por vía notarial del acto de dación de órganos y tejidos humanos con carácter solemne-constitutivo, y su posible revocación, genera una indudable responsabili-dad al notario que, en ejercicio de su fe pública, ha de garantizar la libre manifestación de vo-luntad del dador, ajena a toda compensación de naturaleza económica, precisamente por la naturaleza altruista del acto que protagoniza. Nuevamente resulta el notario la pieza clave en la seguridad jurídica preventiva que reclama un Estado de Derecho.
其他摘要：Execution by way of notarial certification the donation of human organs and tissues with its gravely serious nature, and its possible re-vocation, generates a undoubtable responsi-bility to the notary who, in the exercise of his competent public authority, has to ensure the free expression of will for the giver, without any economic compensation, precisely be-cause of altruistic nature of this action. The notary is the key piece in the preventive legal security that the State of Law requires.
