摘要：En la presente investigación se analizan multidisci-plinariamente los sistemas de identificación biomé-trica y su papel en la identificación de las personas, examinando tanto sus principios y origen científico como sus cualidades y limitaciones. Para el efecto, paralelamente se estudiará la constitucionalidad y efectos de las normas que sucesivamente se han ido aprobando en el Perú sobre la obligatoriedad bajo sanción de la consulta biométrica por los notarios, que en la práctica determina la prepon-derancia del resultado de un test automatizado sobre la fe de identificación notarial. Por último, y tomando como marco teórico las más recientes investigaciones especializadas en el campo de la identificación biométrica, en las cuales se advierte del peligro de la atribución de infalibilidad a sistemas de identificación automa-tizados, se concluye sobre las consecuencias que para la función notarial y la seguridad jurídica depararía esta atribución por parte de los órganos de control y autoridades peruanas.
其他摘要：The investigation of this research paper analy-ses multidisciplinary biometric identification systems and their role in the identification of persons examining both principles and scien-tific origin, with their qualities and limitations. In parallel it also examines the constitutional-ity and effect of regulations that have been adopted in succession in Peru on the obliga-tion under sanction of biometric consultation by the notaries. In practice, this determines the preponderance of the result of an automated test on the validity of the notarized certificate. Finally, and taking as a theoretical framework the most recent research specialized in the field of biometric identification, the danger of the attribution of infallibility to systems of au-tomated identification is warned. The paper concludes with the consequences of this attri-bution applied by supervisory bodies and the Peruvian authorities for the notarial function and legal security.
