摘要：En este trabajo se plantean elementos de teoría y de método para explorar cómo se puede manifestar el ethos en la interpretación de la experiencia de los grupos de investigación científica desde el orden de sus prácticas. Para atender la relación entre los aspectos simbólico expresivos propios de una cultura académica común se utiliza el concepto de ethos y para trabajar la interacción que da funcionalidad a la investigación, el concepto de estructura de organización. Las dimensiones específicas que de éstos se derivan son los significados compartidos que se han institucionalizado y se reflejan en las formas de actuar del grupo, la dinámica que hay entre la organización y las expectativas individuales y grupales en torno al proyecto de investigación y la manera en la que se dividen las tareas para investigar. Finalmente, se ponen a consideración del lector dos propuestas metodológicas que intentan hacer interpretable la actividad científica de los grupos de investigación.
其他摘要：This work attempts to set forth elements of theory and method in order to explore how the ethos may be manifested within the interpretation of practical experience concerning scientific research groups. The concept of ethos is used in order to illustrate the relationship among expressive symbolic aspects particular to a common academic culture. Likewise, the concept of structure of organization is used in order to work the dynamics of interaction responsible for the functionality of the investigation. The specific dimensions derived from the latter are: the now institutionalized shared meanings that are reflected in the group behavior, the existing dynamics between the organization and the individual and group expectations in regards to the investigation project and last but not least, the way in which the research tasks are divided. Finally, two methodological proposals are exposed in order to interpret the scientific activity of the research groups.
