摘要：En la actualidad, diversos informes internacionales están cuestionando si la iniciativa Educación para Todos (EPT), considerada el germen de la inclusión, ha resultado ser una promesa rota con la perspectiva que otorga el paso del tiempo. Este artículo tiene como propósito abordar los grandes hitos por los que ha ido pasando la denominada EPT, las bases que han cimentado este movimiento y las principales metas que se han formulado en torno a esta temática. Desde una mirada panorámica, se reconoce el importante papel que han desempeñado los organismos internacionales en este proceso, así como en el camino hacia la inclusión.
其他摘要：At present, several international reports are questioning whether the Education for All (EFA) initiative, considered the germ of inclusion, has turned out to be a broken promise with the perspective that grants the passage of time. This article aims to address the major milestones that the so-called EFA has gone through, the foundations that have laid the foundations of this movement and the main goals that have been formulated around this theme. From a panoramic perspective, we recognize the important role played by international organizations in this process, as well as on the path towards inclusion.
