摘要：El fenómeno migratorio actual incide en la vulneración de los derechos humanos de las personas. Los colombianos no han sido, ni son ajenos a esa realidad. Es por ello que se justifican análisis en clave iushistórica, auscultando en los propios orígenes del fenómeno hasta llegar a la contemporaneidad, para encontrar las posibles causas de esos atentados contra la dignidad humana de las personas desplazadas y migrantes. Entonces, lo que pretende este artículo es escudriñar un poco en el génesis de la problemática hasta la situación actual.

That is why analysis is justified on iushistoric key by listening to the very origins of the phenomenon up to the contemporary, to find the possible causes of such an offense to human dignity of displaced persons and migrants. So what, this section is intended to scrutinize a little on the genesis of the problem.
