摘要：En los últimos años se han hecho muchos esfuerzos para mejorar lasituación de la calidad educativa. Se han implementado varios planespara la mejora de la calidad de la enseñanza, aunque con escepticismo yaversión. Por desgracia, estas reformas bien intencionadas no han con-ducido a la meta perseguida. En este trabajo se analizan los dos elementos clave de todo sistema educativo: los centros y los profesores. Así, enprimer lugar describimos algunos problemas que están limitados a lagestión de los centros y, a continuación, definimos el perfil del docentedemandado por las aulas: un docente innovador como facilitador delaprendizaje y del cambio.
其他摘要：In recent years many efforts have been made aiming to improve thesituation of educational quality. Several plans to improve the quality ofteaching have been implemented with skepticism and reluctance. Unfor-tunately, these well-intentioned reforms have not led to the expectedgoal. In this paper we analyze the two key elements of an education sys-tem: educational centers and teachers. Thus, we first describe someproblems that are bounded to the management of the centers and then wedefine the teacher profile demanded by classrooms: the innovativeteacher as a facilitator of learning and change.
