摘要：En las empresas del s. XXI, es necesario que se entienda que la información que no se comparte pierde su poder. Este trabajo pretende mejorar la gestión de la comunicación interna a partir del caso de una entidad educativa superior y privada. Primero utilizando la sociometría identificamos la red subterránea que se arma paralelamente a las estructuras oficiales. Segundo valoramos si existen subgrupos o posibles rupturas en el mismo. Por último, detectamos líderes informales, potencia- les “Líderes sociales 2.0”. Los resultados concluyen el potencial que representa detectar y potenciar el talento, el sentimiento de pertenencia y la integración de los equipos.
其他摘要：In companies of s. XXI, it is necessary to understand that the information is not shared loses its power. This work aims to improve the management of internal communication according to the case of in private higher educational institutions. First using sociometry we identify the underground network that arms parallel to the official structures. Second we value if there are subgroups or possible breaks in it. Finally, we detect informal leaders, potential “Social Leaders 2.0". The results conclude the potential of detecting and enhance the talent, the feeling of belonging and integration of equipment.
