摘要：El presente artículo se desarrolla alrededor de la noción y concepción de los sujetos intergeneracionales y la titularidad respecto a derechos ambientales de las futuras generaciones. Se esboza sobre el fundamento teórico en torno a las titularidades de derechos dentro de las condiciones pasadas, presentes y futuras y se problematiza alrededor de las concepciones jurídicas tradicio nales que se fundamentan dentro de las nociones subjetivas. Presenta las di¿cultades teóricas y prácticas respecto al reconocimiento de derechos de sujetos colectivos e intergeneracionales en el contexto medioambiental y en el marco de la justicia ambiental.
其他摘要：This article is developed around the notion and concept of intergenerational subjects and the ownership regarding environmental rights of future generations. It is outlined on the theoretical foundation around the ownership rights inside the past, present and future conditions. Besides, the traditional legal concepts that are based within the subjective notions are also problematized. The theoretical and practical dif¿culties regarding the recognition of collective and intergenerational subjects’ rights in the environmental context as well as in the frame of environmental justice are also presented.
