摘要：Las Comunidades de Aprendizaje se iniciaron hace más de 35 años. En este artículo se analiza la historia de este movimiento con la finalidad de comprender su evolución, las claves de su crecimiento y de su éxito desde una perspectiva histórica, incidiendo en la superación de las dificultades con las que se ha encontrado. Para elaborar el estudio se ha analizado la literatura científica previa sobre el tema y se han realizado entrevistas a personas relevantes en su desarrollo. Los resultados nos permiten destacar las evidencias históricas que explican la evolución del movimiento y que sostienen el crecimiento y éxito del mismo.
其他摘要：Learning Communities began over 35 years ago. In this article, the history of this movement is analyzed with the goal of understanding its evolution, the keys to its growth and success from a historical perspective, focusing on the overcoming of difficulties that this movement have found. To prepare this study, the existing literature on the subject have been analyzed, and interviews with leading figures in its development have been conducted. Results allow us to highlight the historical evidences that explain the evolution of the movement and hold its growth and success.
