标题：POSCOLONIALISMO Y DERECHOS HUMANOS EN EL ESTE DE ASIA. EL CASO DE LAS EX ESCLAVAS SEXUALES DE LA ARMADA IMPERIAL JAPONESA: DE LA PROSTITUCIÓN FORZADA AL FEMINISMO HUMANITARIO
摘要：Este artículo propone introducir al lector en una de las controversias poscoloniales más candentes en el Este de Asia: el caso de las ex esclavas sexu ales de los militares japoneses. ¿En qué consistió la red de esclavas sexuales de la Armada japonesa? ¿Quiénes eran las mujeres secuestradas? ¿Por qué silenciaron sus recuerdos traumáticos durante tantos años? ¿A qué se debe la negativa del gobierno japonés? A través de un recorrido histórico y político, el presente trabajo sugiere que la internacionalización del conflicto ha producid o un cambio paradigmático que reposiciona los reclamos en términos de género (integridad de la mujer) y derechos humanos: feminismo humanitario. Esta perspectiva perm ite poner el caso de las ex mujeres de confort en un marco más amplio: el de otras violaciones a la mujer en tiempos de guerra y la universalización de los derechos de la mujer. La transnacionalización de la contro versia revitaliza la lucha permanente al mismo tiempo que sugiere nuevos desafíos políticos.
其他摘要：This article attempt to explore one of the most co ntroversial postcolonial issues in East Asia: the case of former sex slaves of the Imperial Japanese Army. What was the system of the comfort woman? Who were the kidnapped women? Why did they silence their trau matic memories for so many years? Why has the Japanese government a negative attitude? Through a historical and political analysis, this work suggests that the in ternationalization of th e conflict has shift the paradigm of cognition. The new Humanitarian femini sm narrative repositions the claims in terms of gender (integrity of women) and Human Rights. From this perspective, the case study is included as other violations of women during war time, and the universalization of woman rights. The trasnationalization of the contro versy revitalizes the ongoing struggle while suggesting new political challenges.
