摘要：O objetivo deste artigo é propor uma perspectiva de interpretação sobre o sindicalismo face à terceirização no contexto atual, buscando apreender e sistematizar os posicionamentos das Centrais Sindicais, com foco na CUT, no tema em questão. Interessa-nos discutir a relação entre o sindicalismo brasileiro e o padrão segmentado das relações de trabalho no país, vistos em perspectiva histórica, tomando a terceirização como um processo que atualiza e ressignifica tal padrão. Afinal, o que está em disputa com o tema da terceiriza - ção? Que implicações tem trazido para os trabalhadores e para a agenda sindical e o futuro do sindicalis- mo? Levando-se em conta as características históricas das classes trabalhadoras e da organização sindical, que questões suscitam a terceirização e o presente momento de sua regulamentação? Assim posicionado, pretendemos propor algumas reflexões sobre como a terceirização – enquanto característica central das dinâmicas produtivas e do trabalho no capitalismo contemporâneo, no mundo e no Brasil - desafia o sindicalismo, colocando-lhe renovadas limitações e possibilidades.
其他摘要：This article puts forth a possibility for interpreting unionism faced with outsourcing in a contemporary context, seeking to comprehend and systematize the positions of the Labor Unions regarding this question, especially focusing on the CUT (Workers Union Center). We discuss the relationship between Brazilian unionizing and the segmented pattern of the working relationships in the country, from a historic perspective, considering outsourcing as a work process that updates and resignifies this pattern. After all, what is at stake with the theme of outsourcing? What implications has this brought to workers and to the union’s agenda and the future of unionism? As to Brazil, taking into consideration the historic characteristics of the working classes and of the organization of Unions, what questions do outsourcing and the present moment of regulation bring? Thus, we put forth some questions regarding how outsourcing - as a central characteristic of the production dynamics and of work in contemporary capitalism, worldwide and in Brazil - challenges the Unions, meaning new limitations and possibilities.
