摘要：En este estudio presentamos una síntesis de la evolución del desarrollo económico regional de España durante 25 años en el período 1986 - 2013. Si bien el incremento tanto del empleo no agrario como de la renta real por habitante ha sido positivo en todas las Comunidades Autónomas , hay que constatar que muchas regiones podrían haber experimentado un incremento mayor de renta real por habitante si las políti cas económicas, tanto a nivel regional, como nacional y europeo, hubiesen apoyado en mayor medida el desarrollo industrial. Ello es debido a que la evidencia empírica muestra la importancia de las leyes de Kaldor, respecto a los efectos positivos que la in dustria tiene sobre los sectores de servicios y otros sectores productiv os, incrementando la productividad general y la renta per cápita. En el conjunto de España el incremento de la renta real producida por habitante superó los 4000 Euros a precios consta ntes del año 2000. Destacan, con incrementos superiores a la media nacional, las siguientes Comunidades Autónomas: Aragón, Castilla y León, Cataluña, Galicia, Madrid, Navarra y País Vasco. Se presenta también una comparación del conjunto de España con otr os países de la OCDE y se destaca la necesidad de recuperar e impulsar el desarrollo industrial en muchas regiones españolas.
其他摘要：In this study we present a synthesis of the evolution of the regional economic development of Spain during 25 years in the period 1986 - 2013. Although the increase in non - agricultural employmen t and real per capita income has been positive in all Autonomous Communities, it should be noted that many regions may have experienced a higher increase in per capita real income if economic policies, both at the regional as national and European levels , would have been more supportive of industrial development. This is because the empirical evidence shows the importance of Kaldor's laws with respect to the positive effects that industry has on the service sectors and other productive sectors, increasing o verall productivity and per capita income. In the whole of Spain, the increas e in real income produced per inhabitant , for the period 1995 - 2010, excee ded 4000 Euros at constant prices of year 2000 . In this regard, we t he following Autonomo us Communities st and out: Aragon, Castile and Leon, Catalonia, Galicia, Madrid, Navarre and the Basque Country. It also presents a comparison of economic development in Spain with other OECD countries , for this period, and highlights the need to recover and boost industria l development in many regions of Spain.
