摘要：La crisis financiera reciente ha provocado una importante transformación de los sistemas financieros nacion ales, en especial, en lo que se refiere al protagonismo de algunos grupos institucionales tradicionalmente importantes. Es el caso del sector de las cajas de ahorros en España, el cual se ha visto afectado de forma muy significativa, y por encima de lo ocu rrido en otros grupos institucionales, por las tormentas financieras de los últimos años. Conocer los cambios que se han producido en este importante sector de nuestro país, tanto a nivel estructural como de operativa y de presencia en el territorio nacion al, y tratar de buscar su paralelismo con las de otros países en los que estas entidades tienen una mayor relevancia son los objetivos perseguidos por este trabajo.
其他摘要：The recent financial crisis has caused an important transformation of the national financial systems and especially in those that refer to the prominence of some traditionally important institutional groups. This is the case of the saving banks sector in Spain which has been affected in a very significant way and because of what has occurred in other institutional groups by the financial storms in the last few years. To understand the changes that have been produced in this important sector of our country, as much in a structural level as an operational one, and at the national level, and to try to draw a parallel between those in other countries in which t hese entities have a major relevance, are the objectives pursued by this study.
