摘要：En el período 2007 - 2013 la economía de Galicia y de España experimentó disminución de producción y empleo se guida de una ligera recuperación en el período 2014 - 2017. Esta recuperación es bienvenida pero no es suficiente para impulsar el desarrollo económico, porque la producción industrial por habi tante no está experimentando la necesaria convergencia hacia nive les de regiones y países más avanzados. Para impulsar el crecimiento simultáneo de la renta real por habitante y del nivel de empleo, Galicia y España precisan de un incremento importante de la renta real producida en los sectores industriales. En este inf orme desta camos el papel de la industria el turismo y el capital humano en el desarrollo regional. Galicia ha experimentado en el período 1996 - 2008 un incremento importante de la renta per cápita industrial, hasta alcanzar la convergencia con la media espa ñola, pero ha experimentado un estancamiento, como el conjunto de España, en el período 2008-2015 , lejos de los niveles de regiones españolas y europeas de mayor nivel de desarrollo industrial.
其他摘要：In the period 2007 - 2013 the economy of Galicia and Spain experienced a decrease in production and employment followed by a slight recovery in the period 2014 - 2017. This recovery is welcome but not sufficient to boost economic development, because industrial production per inhabitant is not experiencing the necessary convergence towards more advanced regions and c ountries. In order to boost the simultaneous growth of real per capita income and the level of employment, Galicia and Spain need a significant increase in the real income produced in the industrial sectors. In this report we highlight the role of tourism industry and human capital in regional development. In the period 1996 - 2008, Galicia experienced a significant increase in industrial per capita income, until it reached convergence with the Spanish average, but has experienced a stagnation, such as the wh ole of Spain, in the period 2008 - 2015, far from the Levels of Spanish and European regions of higher level of industrial development.
