摘要：El objetivo del trabajo es realizar un diagnóstico socio-territorial de dos asentamientos espontáneos de la ciudad de Puerto Madryn (Chubut, Argentina): La Lomita y Alta Tensión, a partir de la aplicación del Método Territorii y sus ocho fases -territorios reales, vividos, pasados, legales, pensados, posibles, concertados e inteligentes. El propósito es acompañar a las comunidades en la construcción de territorios más sustentables e identificar en los actores partícipes del proceso en qué medida están presentes las cuatro modalidades de transformación propuestas por la Red Internacional de Inteligencia Territorial: subjetiva, social, ambiental y desicional, así como también las “cuatro patas de la mesa” de la inteligencia territorial latinoamericana: actores públicos, comunitarios, empresarios y científicos.
其他摘要：The aim of this work is make a socio-territorial diagnosis in two unplanned settlements in the city of Puerto Madryn: La Lomita and Alta Tension, applying the Territorii method and its eight phases -real, lived, past, legal, thought, possible, smart and arranged territories in such settlements. In order to join the communities for building more sustainable territories, it also aims to identify in the participants of the process how much are present the four modes of transformation proposed by the International Network of Territorial Intelligence: subjective, social, environmental and decision-making, as well as the "four legs of the table" of the Latin American territorial intelligence: public and community actors, entrepreneurs and scientists.
