标题：COMPARACIÓN DEL CRECIMIENTO DE Pinus chiapensis (Martínez) Andresen, Pinus greggii Engelm. Y Pinus patula Schl. et Cham. EN PLANTACIONES COMERCIALES E STABLECIDAS EN HUEYAPAN, PUEBLA
摘要：En la región de la Sierra N ororiental del estado de Puebla existe el interés de evaluar las masas artificiales para conocer la eficiencia de las técnicas de establecimiento y el desarrollo de las especies empleadas. El objetivo fue evaluar los parámetros dasómetricos, supervivencia y los aspectos fitosanitarios, así como comparar los incrementos medios anuales en altura (IMAA) y diámetro (IMAD) de la plantación comercial de Pinus chiapensis ( Martínez ) Andresen, Pinus greggii Engelm. y Pinus patula Schl. et C ham., establecida en el municipio de Hueyapan, Puebla en el 2001 y se evaluó a los 7.7 años, el suelo es a ndosol húmico, clima semicálido húmedo con lluvias todo el año, exposición Noroeste, pendiente de 15 - 30% y altitud de 1 620 m. S e tomó información en un total de 75 sitios con 25 muestras /especie de 10 árbol es cada una (intensidad de muestreo de 30.9%). Con la información obtenida se realizó una prueba de t de Student, donde se presentaron diferencias significativas (α=0.05) en el número de árboles vivos entre P. chiapensis y P. patula; para la altura y volum en de copa P. patula y P. greggii no mostraron diferencias significativas, pero ambas presentaron diferencias significativas sobre P. chiapensis . Respecto al diámetro normal, volumen con corteza y volumen sin corteza se encontraron diferencias significativ as entre las tres especies. Se concluye que P. greggii y P. patula , debido a su buen crecimiento , se podrían considerar como especies con potencial para ser empleadas en plantaciones forestales con fines comerciales en la región de Hueyapan, Puebla.

Regarding the normal diameter, over bark and bark volume without significant differences among the three species. It is concluded that P. greggii a nd P. patula due to its good growth could be seen as promising species to be used in commercial forestry plantations in the region of Hueyapan, Puebla.
