摘要：Á travers de la théorie de Moscovici et Vignaux concernant les thématas, on cherche á expliquer les variances et les invariances dans les études que font des comparaisons transculturels. Pour cela, on utilise les théories sur la justice distributive en proposant de les étudier par l'approche structurel des representations sociales, c'est-a dire, de les analyser á partir de deux representations sociales qui se &ni par une relation d'antonimie en compasan! une thémata, savoir, la justice et rinjustice.
其他摘要：Through the fheory of Moscovici and Vignaux abouf thématas, we aim to explain the variance and invariance in the comparing transcultural studies. For this, we use the theories concerning distributive justice, considering to study them, through the structural approach of social representations. It mearas to analyze them as two social representations related by anonyinous relations composing a thémata: justice and injustice.
