摘要：Buscamos refletir acerca das múltiplas dimensões da estética docente, em âmbito macro e microestrutural. Evocamos uma discussão relativa ao estado existencial vivido na contemporaneidade, que atinge inevitavelmente a escola e a profissão docente. Nesse contexto, deparamos com um mal-estar generalizado que habita a macrodimensão dessa profissão. Por outro lado, buscou-se também evidenciar as produções subjetivas que ilustram o exercício constante de uma microestética relativa a uma fabricação da diferença.
其他摘要：We seek to reflect on the multiple dimensions of teacher aesthetics, both macro and microstructural. We evoked a discussion about the existential state lived in contemporary times, which inevitably affects the school and the teaching profession. In this context, we are faced with a general illness that inhabits the macro dimension of this profession. On the other hand, it was also tried to evidence the subjective productions that illustrate the constant exercise of a microaesthetic, relative to the manufacture of the difference.
