摘要：El objetivo del estudio consiste en determinar la relación entre el estilo gerencial y la motivación l aboral en las escuelas básicas nacionales de la Parroquia Altagra cia del Municipio Miranda. Responde a una investig ación descriptiva correlacional, enmarcada en el enfoque positivista. Se utiliza el análisis estadístico cua ntitativo para procesar los datos arrojados por los sujetos e ncuestados para medir la relación de las variables. El diseño es de campo, no experimental y transaccional. Se realizó un censo poblacional conformado por 99 sujetos de los cuales 09 son directivos y 90 docent es. Se diseñaron dos instrumentos conformados por 36 ítems, con alternativas de respuestas tipo Likert: Siempre, Casi Siempre, Algunas Veces y Nunca. El tratamiento estadístico empleado para analizar los resultados fue de tipo descriptivo; con distribución de frecuencia por ítems. Conclusión se detectó una correlación muy baja, positiva y estadísticamente significativa entre las variables.

Answers a descriptive correlat ional research, part of the positivist approach. the quantitative statistical analysis is used to process th e data obtained from subjects surveyed to measure the rela tionship of the variables. The design field is not experimental and transactional. a population census comprised of 99 subjects of which 09 are managers and 90 teachers was conducted. Always, almost always, s ometimes and never: two instruments made up of 36 items with Likert response options were designed. The statistical analysis used to analyze the results was descriptive; with frequency distribution items. Con clusion a very low positive and statistically significant correlation between variables was detected.
