摘要：El presente documento da cuenta de la problemática teórica que pretende abordar el trabajo adelantado por el Grupo de Interés de la Sociedad Latinoamericana de Derecho Internacional sobre las nuevas Relaciones entre el Derecho Internacional y el Derecho Nacional (SLADI-GIReDIN). En esta oportunidad el debate se aborda desde un caso particular: el colombiano. En las líneas que siguen, se reivindica la necesidad de reconsiderar los modelos teóricos que hasta el momento explican las relaciones entre el derecho internacional y el derecho interno y se analiza la posibilidad de que, a la luz de un específico marco normativo, exista una alternativa teórica: el pluralismo constitucional.
其他摘要：This document describes the theoretical crossroads addressed by the Interest Group of the Latin American Society of International Law on the new relations between international law and national law (LASIL-GIReDIN). In this opportunity, the debate takes place around the Colombian legal order and its interaction with international law. This essay points out out the need to reconsider the theoretical models used so far to explain the relationship between international law and domestic law. It also points out the possibility that, in the light of a specific regulatory framework, there is an alternative: the constitutional pluralism.
