摘要：El uso problemático de las Nuevas Tecnologías puede tener consecuencias psicológicas negativas, siendo el apoyo social y la autoestima factores que podrían intervenir en el desarrollo de las mismas. Los objetivos de esta investigación son, por un lado, analizar la relación entre esta conducta y la sintomatología depresiva, ansiosa, autoestima y el apoyo social percibido. Por otro lado, estudiar si el apoyo social actúa como moderador entre el uso problemático de las Nuevas Tecnologías y la sintomatología depresiva , ansiosa y autoestima. Por último, se ha analizado la relación del uso problemático con la edad y el género. La muestra está compuesta por 251 jóvenes de entre 18 y 30 años procedentes de la comunidad autónoma del País Vasco. Los participantes han complet ado los cuestionarios relacionados con el uso problemático de las Nuevas Tecnologías, apoyo social percibido, autoestima y sintomatología ansiosa y depresiva. Los resultados muestran que existe relación entre el uso problemático de Internet y el teléfono m óvil y la sintomatología depresiva, ansiosa, baja autoestima y bajo apoyo social percibido. Además, se manifiesta que el apoyo social modera en el uso problemático de Internet y la sintomatología depresiva, siendo importante profundizar en este punto en fu turas investigaciones.
其他摘要：The inappropriate use of new technologies, may have negative psychological consequences, some potential factors that contribute to this development are self - esteem and social support. The objective of this report is to study in detail the relationship between the inappropriate use of technologies and the psychological variables of anxiety, depression, self - esteem and social support. Additionally, this report introduces an analy sis to confirm whether social support acts as a moderator when dealing with inappropriate use of new technologies and anxiety, depression, and self - esteem. Finally, the research establishes a relationship between problematic use of new technology and gender and age. The sample is comprised of 251 young adults between 18 and 30 years old who reside in the Basque Country. The participants completed questionnaires related to the inappropriate use of new technologies, social support perceived, self -esteem, anx iety and depression. The results indicate that a relationship exists between the inappropriate use of new technologies and factors such as anxiety, depression, self -esteem and perceived social support. Moreover, the research shows that the social support m oderates the inappropriate use of the Internet and depression. Based on these findings, detailed research is recommended on this critical social issue.
