摘要：Objetivou-se com este estudo investigar, mapear e diagnosticar a configuração estrutural das relações entre docentes e pesquisadores que marcaram o processo de formação das bancas de mestrado e doutorado e da produção científica do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração da Universidade Federal de Lavras (PPGA/UFLA), no período entre 2002 e 2013. O referencial teórico fundamentou-se nos estudos sobre as redes sociais, as origens dos programas de Pós-Graduação no Brasil, as normas e a avaliação da pós-graduação e na análise de redes sociais. Na metodologia, foi empregada a análise sociométrica de redes. Concluiu-se que o Sistema de Avaliação tem contribuído para garantir a qualidade dos cursos e o avanço da pesquisa científica no Brasil e que a rede de bancas apresentou tendência à formação de clusters (subgrupos), ao passo que a rede da produção científica mostrou-se, ao final de 2013, totalmente conectada.
其他摘要：This study aimed to investigate the relational aspects, to map and to diagnose the structural configuration of relations between teachers and researchers that define the process of formation of master's and doctoral boards and scientific production of the Post graduation Program in Administration at University of Lavras (PPA/UFLA), in the period from 2002 to 2013. The theoretical framework was based on the studies on the social networks analysis,of the origins of postgraduation programs in Brazil,standards and evaluation of graduate studies and the analysis of social networks.In the methodology, it was used the sociometric analysis of network. It was concluded, at the end of the study, that the Evaluation System has helped to ensure the quality of the courses and the advancement of scientific research in Brazil and that the network of boards tended the formation of clusters (subgroups), while the scientific production network showed up, at the end of 2013, fully connected.
